Trinity Bible College Prepares to Celebrate 60th

Trinity Bible College (AG) in Ellendale, North Dakota, will officially celebrate it's 60th anniversary in a series of alumni and reunion events this October 1-5.

Founded by North Dakota District AG pastors in 1948 as Lakewood Park Bible School in Devil's Lake, North Dakota, the school has had several homes, including Aberdeen, South Dakota; Jamestown, North Dakota; and it's current location on its 28-acre campus in Ellendale.

Special speakers for the extended weekend celebration include Lowell Lundstrom, Alan Warneke, Dan Kuno, Mark Zweifel, Trinity Executive Vice President Sam Johnson and Trinity President Jack Strom.

According to Dan Courtney, director of Trinity College Relations, other events include a reunion of the Trinity Troubadours featuring founder Bob Garrison, a tailgate party prior to the homecoming football game, a Celebration Banquet featuring an all-alumni choir, an alumni basketball game and numerous other events.

"Though there are many reasons to rejoice for what God has done in the first 60 years," Strom says, "wait till you see what will happen in the second 60 years!"

Registration is $10 per person, with affordable meal plans available. For more information about the 60th anniversary, including downloadable schedules and forms, visit the TBC Web site at http://www.trinitybiblecollege.edu.
